Subscriptions Web Arrow is available in two license configurations. Both configurations have varying levels of meeting size limitations. -Named User Subscriptions:

| | With a Named User subscription, a single individual obtains a right to schedule Web Arrow meetings and invite up to 4 or more guests depending on the Named User subscription that is purchased. The named user is the only party who can set up and initiate a meeting. Anybody can be invited to a meeting. There is also no limit on the amount of meeting time used within the period of the subscription.
| | | Named User subscriptions are available for 5, 10 and 25 meeting participants at a time, and may be purchased a month at a time or on an annual basis. With an annual license, you pay for 10 months but actually get 12 months of use. For prices, please visit our store.

| -Concurrent Subscriptions:- |
| A Concurrent subscription allows any member of the subscribing organization to schedule and initiate a meeting. The organization may designate who its meeting schedulers are and any one of these schedulers may arrange a meeting at any time and for any length of meeting within the period of subscription. Anybody from anywhere can attend a WebArrow conference. | | | | The concurrency amount determines how many people may meet with WebArrow at any one time without extra charge. A school district can purchase a 20-user concurrent license and share this among its employees. There is no limit on the number of people who may share the use of WebArrow as long as each scheduler is part of the subscribing organization. | | | | Several meetings can be held at the same time under one subscription as long as the total participants does not exceed the concurrent use subscription. When the number of persons in all meetings does exceed the subscription, a per minute user fee applies. | | | | A concurrent user subscription is several times more expensive than the equivalent named user subscription because a concurrent subscription can be shared by many people whereas a named user subscription cannot be shared.
