Engine 5 | UltraKey 4.0 and 5.0 use a speech engine to generate speech. The most recent speech engine provided by Microsoft is Speech Engine 5. Most new Windows XP and 2000 PCs already have the speech engine installed. If you already have the speech engine installed, download and install additional voices with the Microsoft Voices Installer. |

The speech engine installers and instructions are provided here in a self-extracting zip file. Just double click on the zip file TTS.exe to extract a folder called TTS.
