| | | UltraKey 5.0 is licensed by the station and may be used on any mix of Windows and Macintosh workstations within the license limit. At no extra charge, teachers may install UltraKey 5.0 on teacher workstations at school and at home. |

| | | Network IP Licensing: |
| | | Provides the ultimate school and class management using Internet Protocol (IP). Teachers can review class progress and change settings anywhere at school or home. |

| | | Permits UltraKey to operate from a network server but does not include central management. Records can be stored locally or on the server but teachers cannot access all the records and options at the same time. |
