| | | Writing Rules has a hierarchical management system that permits the subscription administrator to allocate sub-domains to managers who in turn can create managers and give them sub-domains. |

| | | This hierarchical structure permits even the largest enterprise to initiate a single subscription and organize managers and users to match the structure of the organization. This includes universities, colleges, instructional co-operatives, virtual schools and virtual universities. |

| | Subscriptions Can Be Co-operatively Shared |
| | | Any group may open a subscription and use it co-operatively among group members. For example, virtual home school co-operatives can share subscriptions and incorporate members as they wish. The only requirement is that a single person or entity must be designated the administrator who pays for the subscription. Subscribers may not sell, lease or rent access to others except as part of the normal course of their business such as a college tuition fee or course fee. |
